Who This Covers

This policy describes how Anxiety Therapy SD Marriage and Family Therapy PC handles information collected through this website. It covers the website only. Information you share once you are a client of the practice is governed by the separate notice of privacy practices you receive at intake, and by California and federal law.

What the Contact Form Collects

The contact form asks for your name, your email address, and a short reason for reaching out. That is all it collects. The message is delivered to Shelley Davidescu by email through the website host and is used only to respond to you and, if you choose to move forward, to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.

Please do not include clinical detail, symptoms, dates of birth, insurance or payment information, or anything about another person in the form. A sentence or two about why you are reaching out is enough.

This Is Not a Secure Channel

Website forms and ordinary email are not encrypted end to end and are not a HIPAA-secure channel. Treat anything you send through this site as you would treat an ordinary email. Protected health information is not collected through this website, and no part of this site should be used to communicate a clinical emergency.

Cookies and Analytics

This site does not set advertising cookies, does not run third-party analytics, and does not track you across other websites. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. Those logs exist for security and reliability and are not used to build a profile of you.

Who Sees Your Information

Messages sent through this site are read by Shelley Davidescu. Information is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing. It may be handled by the service providers that deliver the website and its email, and it may be disclosed if the law requires it.

How Long It Is Kept

Inquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and, where a consultation follows, to document that contact. You may ask that a message from the contact form be deleted. Send that request through the form and it will be honored unless the law requires the record to be retained.

This website is intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and information is not knowingly collected from them through this site.
