Who I Work With

Most of the people I see look completely fine from the outside.

Capable adults who are holding a lot together, and are quieter than anyone realizes about how tired they are: the ones who hold the team, the family, the case, the shift, the launch. Adults and couples, LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients, and therapists, in person in Bankers Hill and by telehealth across California. These pages are honest about who this work fits and who it does not.

The Pages

Seven ways people arrive here

Each one is written separately, with its own examples, its own limits, and its own questions.

High-Achieving Professionals

For the person whose calendar has no white space and whose sense of self is fused with output. We work on the engine underneath the achievement, not the achievement itself.

Lawyers

For attorneys whose nervous systems run on the billable clock and whose adversarial work does not stay at the office. Confidentiality questions answered plainly, in the first session.

Physicians and Nurses

For clinicians carrying shift work, compassion fatigue, and the strain of practicing inside systems that do not always let you do right by patients. Confidential, and never reported to a board.

Tech Professionals

For engineers, scientists, and operators living inside layoff cycles, equity math, and remote isolation. Practical work for people who like to know why something works.

Therapists

For therapists who hold other people's hardest material all week and have nowhere to set down their own. A room where you get to be the client, and nobody expects you to run the session.

Women Who Are Dating

For women who keep landing in the same dynamic with emotionally unavailable partners and want to understand why. Attachment-focused, and welcoming to queer women.

LGBTQ+ Affirming

Affirming in practice, not as a label: your identity is context, not curriculum. Individuals and couples of every configuration, in Bankers Hill and online across California.
