Services

Four kinds of work, and a straightforward way to find yours.

Anxiety, trauma, couples work and EMDR. They overlap more than the labels suggest, so rather than guessing, tell me what your week looks like and I will point you to the right starting place.

Which of these sounds most like right now?

Choose one. You will get a recommendation and a link to the page that goes into it properly.

A Good Place to Start

Anxiety Therapy

We work directly on the loop: what sets it off, what keeps it running, and what actually interrupts it. Expect concrete skills early, plus attention to the beliefs underneath the overthinking.

Being Straight With You

Fit matters more than technique. If I am not the right therapist for what you are carrying, I will tell you on the consult call and help you look elsewhere.

My practice is focused on anxiety, trauma and PTSD, depression, relationship difficulties, stress and burnout, and dating concerns, with adults and couples in California. Some presentations need a different level of care than an outpatient private practice can provide, and I would rather say that early than six weeks in.

Common Questions

Before you choose

More on fees, location and logistics lives on the FAQ & Fees page.

Which page should I read first if more than one applies?

Start with the one that describes your week most accurately. Anxiety and trauma work overlap constantly, and we can move between them once we are working together.

Can we combine approaches?

Yes. A common pattern is starting with anxiety-focused skills for stability, then moving into EMDR or deeper trauma work once the day-to-day feels steadier.

Do you offer individual and couples work at the same time?

I offer both, and we would discuss the right structure on the consult call. Which format you start in matters, so it is worth talking through rather than guessing.

Are sessions in person or online?

Both. Telehealth runs Monday through Friday anywhere in California, with in-person sessions at the San Diego office and limited in-person slots one Sunday a month.

Free 15-Minute Consult

Not sure where to start? A conversation is a good place to begin.

The free 15-minute consult is a short, no-pressure call to hear what is going on and decide together, gently, whether working with me is the right fit.
